Artist - Stephen Yettaw

Stephen has been sculpting for 8 years, in various mediums. He started stone carving two years ago, and now uses it as his prefered medium.He is self taught, with no formal education, in arts. Each staue, is a spiritual journey and a separates quest. All sculptures are from stones found in fields, and construction sites. Each stone is matched to it's character, and only becomes what it chooses... Comissions are usually done on a no risk basis. A request for an item is submitted, Stephen chooses the stone to match, and carves his interpretation. The end result, is then shown to the client, and only then is a price negotiated. There is no obligation to purchase, and all submissions are welcome for consideration, or estimate....
